!! ATTENTION !! : SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

On behalf of the Z2AA Executive Board of Directors, we would like to remind our members of the upcoming Special Meeting, to vote on amendments to our bylaws.

The meeting will be held virtually (online) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 6:30 PM.

The Z2AA Bylaws clarify the association’s objectives, membership, election processes, governance structure and other key aspects of how Z2AA operates.
Due to a review by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) the Z2AA bylaws require amendments. These changes are necessary to meet AGLC’s
licensing requirements as part of our application for casino fundraising eligibility.

Any alterations or additions to our bylaws must be approved by a Special Resolution at any Annual General Meeting or a Special Meeting held for that purpose.
Approval of a Special Resolution requires a vote of not less than 3/4 of those Members present at the Special Meeting who are eligible and entitled to vote.

A summary of the proposed bylaw amendments will be made available prior to the meeting.
